I purchased 3 Christmas ornaments. On November 19 and received 2 of them on December 8. I have sent emailed twice since receiving my deliver but have not received any response. The two ornaments I have received are really cute just very disappointed I haven’t received a response back. It I hear back I would be happy to change my rating rebating on how FamVibe can resolve this issue.
