• Processing Time: It takes 1 – 3 days to ship your order from our warehouse to logistics companies.
• Shipping Time: You will receive your order from 7 – 10 business days (depends on shipping method) from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.
• Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. Here’s how we break down our shipping prices:
  • Most items are $4.99 for one item + $2 per additional item
  • Mugs, Ornaments, Pet Tag, Flag and Tank Top are $4.99 for one item + $2 per additional item
  • T-Shirts, Pillows, Hoodies, Sweatshirt, Tumblers and Blankets are $6.99 for one item + $3.50 per additional item
  • Posters are $6.99 for one item + $6.99 per additional item
• Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. Here’s how we break down our shipping prices for Canvas:
  • 8″x12″ size are $7.99 for one item + $7.99 per additional item
  • 12″x18″ size are $8.99 for one item + $8.99 per additional item
  • 16″x24″ size are $9.99 for one item + $9.99 per additional item
  • 24″x36″ size are $12.00 for one item + $12.00 per additional item
  • 32″x48″ size are $25.00 for one item + $25.00 per additional item
• Tracking Number: When available, we will send you a tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.
• Worldwide Shipping Available: In Famvibe, we ships products to over 100 countries worldwide. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on your country or region.
• Return & Exchange: If you are not happy with your purchase, we will work to correct the problems. Items can be returned/exchanged and get Refund within 30 days of delivery date. (Please check our Return & Exchange Policy below).
• Insurance: Commit to refund 100% if not receive after 45 days.
• Notice: – Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately. There’s no extra charge for this. – In some cases, we will contact you via email to confirm order quantity or credit card fraud investigation before produce.
