I ordered a Grandma mug for my wife a few months back. Unfortunately the first one was broken in transit. Fanzine was contacted and Amy arranged to have a replacement sent which arrived today. Thanks Amy and the Famvibe team for the excellent customer service.

The size of the characters on the website is much larger than what is on the mug I bought for my husband.
