Directions : Add the shredded coconut to a small plate. Wet the rim of the glasses with corn syrup and dịp each rim in the coconut, to coat. Put the glasses to one side. Add the remaining ingredients to a blender. Pulse until silky smooth, for approximately 23 minutes. Divide the cocktail evenly between the 4 rimmed glasses. Serve.
* If you would like a thicker consistency use 4 cups rather than 3.

Directions : In a jug or pitcher combine the amaretto along with the orange juice and sparkling wine. Garnish each serving glass with a strip of orange zest.

Directions : Carefully coat the rim with a little corn syrup and dịp the rim in a bowl of cinnamon sugar. Add the remaining ingredients to an ice - filled shaker, shake it all about for 3045 seconds until well chilled. Fill a short glass with more ice and strain the cocktail over the top. Serve.
Cinnamon Caramel Apple Martini
Sip and savor the flavor of this sour apple and cinnamon Martini .

No other drink conjures up images of a traditional Christmas cocktail like eggnog .

Ingredients : 6 large pasteurized eggs (separated)*, 3⁄4 cup superfine sugar, 2 cups whole milk, 2 cups heavy cream, 1⁄2 cup bourbon, 1⁄4 cup dark rum, !⁄4 cup cognac, Nutmeg (freshly grated, to garnish)
Directions : In an extra large mixing bowl beat the yolks until pale yellow. Slowly beat in the superfine sugar. Whisk in the milk along with the heavy cream. Add the bourbon, together with the rum and cognac. Cover the bowl, and transfer to the fridge for up to 24 hours. When you are ready to serve, in a medium bowl, beat the whites until stiff peaks begin to form and fold into the eggnog. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg.

Ingredients :
Syrup: 1 cup water. 1 cup sugar. 4 whole black peppercorns. 2 whole cloves. 1 star anise. (2 1⁄2” strip) orange zest. 1 cinnamon stick
To make the syrup :In a small pan, add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool completely. Strain through a mesh sieve and discard any solids. Refrigerate until completely chilled.
To make the cocktail : Combine the brandy along with the chilled spicy simple syrup in an ice - filled pint glass. Fill the glass to the top with chocolate Stout, stir, and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
*This simple syrup recipe makes 3⁄4 cup. Spicy syrup can also be used in sparkling cider, coffee, and tea and will keep for 28 days in the refrigerator.
Spiked and Spiced Coffeenog

Directions : Add the cranberries to a food blender and blitz along with the sliced ginger until roughly chopped. In a 3 quart pan combine the sugar along with the cranberry juice cocktail and cranberry / ginger mixture, bring to bơil, add the sprigs of rosemary. Reduce the heat and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Set aside to cool, overnight. The following day using a fine mesh strainer, strain the mixture, discarding any solids. To prepare the punch, place the black tea leaves in a heatproof bowl. Pour 4 cups of boiling water over the leaves and allow to steep for a few minutes. Strain, discard the leaves and whisk in the prepared rosemary syrup, along with the pomegranate molasses and bitters. Transfer the punch to the refrigerator for a minimum of 45 hours. Add 4 cups of tonic water to the punch, taste, adding more if needed. Serve over lots of ice.
Ginger Cinnamon Apple Cider Mocktail

Syrup : 1 cup white sugar. 1 cup water. 2 cinnamon sticks. 1 - 2” ginger root (peeled, thinly sliced).

Directions :
To make the syrup : add the 4 syrup ingredients to a small pan, over moderate heat. Heat until the sugar dissolves . Allow to completely cool, and strain through a fine - mesh sieve. Discard the cinnamon stick along with the ginger. Set aside for an hour to cool.
To make the mocktail : First rim a martini glass, by wetting the rim with the apple cider and dipping the rim in cinnamon sugar. Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour in the apple cider along with the ginger cinnamon syrup and shake it all about. Pour the cocktail into a glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Holiday Pomegranate Mojito
Muddle and mix this merry mơjito and bring a little holiday cheer to family and friends this Christmas.
Directions : In a highball glass, muddle the syrup along with the torn mint leaves and lime. FilI the glass with ice and add the pomegranate juice, and lemonade, stirring well to combine. Top with club soda and garnish with pomegranate arils and a sprig of fresh mint.
Hot Buttered Faux Rum
This hot buttered faux rum is the perfect drink to keep your guests warm on the car journey home.

Ingredients : 1⁄2 cup butter (softened). 1 cup dark brown sugar. 1 cup zero calorie sweetener. 1 tsp ground cinnamon. 1⁄2 tsp ground nutmeg. 1⁄4 tsp ground cardamom. Pinch ground cloves. Water (boiling, to serve). Heavy cream (to serve).
Directions : In a large mixing bowl combine the softened butter along with the brown sugar, sweetener, cỉinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, and cloves. Using an electric mixer, beat to combine and use immediately.
To make the faux rum : Scoop 1 1⁄2 - 2 tablespoons of the butter spice mixture into a large cụp or small mug. Pour 1⁄4 cup of boiling water into the cup and stir to dissolve the mixture. Add 1-2 tablespoons of heavy cream, stir, taste, and add more cream or water as needed.
Mr. Grinch Punch
One for the kids, this soft drink punch will banish even the meanest Grinch.

Ingredients : 2 quarts water. 2(13 ounce) packets of unsweetened lemon and lime soft drink mix. 2 cups + extra sugar. 12 ounces fresh pineapple juice. 12 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate ( thawed ). 1⁄2 quart lemon and lime soda. Green food coloring. lce.
Directions : Add 2 quarts of water to a one - gallon pitcher. Add the soft drink mix along with the sugar and stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Pour in the pineapple juice together with the lemonade concentrate and stir to incorporate. Next, rim the glass by dipping the rim in water and then rolling in sugar. When you are ready to serve, add the lemon and lime soda, a few drops of green food coloring and lots of ice. Serve.
Mulled Wine
There’s no need to miss out on the delicious warming flavor of mulled wine just because you are the designated driver.

Ingredients : 2 cups not from concentrated grape juice. 2 cups not from concentrated apple juice. 2 sticks cinnamon. 4 large slices of fresh orange. 8 whole clove. 3 tbsp organic honey.
Directions: Add all ingredients to a saucepan and simmer for 16-18 minutes. Ladle into glasses and serve with a slice of the orange from the pot.
Sparkling Pom
Homemade grenadine is the secret to this intensely fruity sparkling mocktail.

Ingredients :
Grenadine : 32 ounces pure pomegranate juice. 2 cups white sugar.
Directions : Boil the pomegranate juice in a saucepan. Turn down the heat and simmer for 16-18 minutes, until the liquid has reduced to half of its original volume. Pour in the sugar and continue to heat, while stirring, until the sugar dissolves. Transfer to a resealable container and refrigerate until chilled. To make each cocktail, pour a 1⁄2 cup of soda water into a tall glass and carefully spoon in 2 tablespoons of chilled grenadine. Top with plenty of ice, stir with a long spoon and decorate with a candy cane stirrer.
Directions : Pour the peach nectar into a chilled champagne flute and top with chilled lemon - lime soda. Stir to combine. Enjoy.
